Gofrugal is a division of Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. As a partner, we promote and implement their Retail and Restaurant POS billing software.

Of course. Gofrugal software is best suited for any retail business. Gofrugal software comes with easy POS Billing, integrated Accounting and GST filing. You can maintain inventory very easily. You will have the option to choose from various Editions of Gofrugal software according to your budget.

We have 2 options for installing software in your premise, 1) Online or 2) On premise. If online, then we will connect your system remotely and do the entire implementation. If On premise, we will visit your place and do the implementation. For On premise, additional charges will apply which will be intimated before purchase.

Before software implementation you must be ready with all the required hardware.

  • A working PC as per recommended configuration.
  • Thermal Bill Printer ready with Test print on recommended Thermal Roll paper size(To be installed by your hardware vendor)
  • Barcode Label Designing and PRN file generating software, e.g., Bartender(To be installed by your hardware vendor)
  • Barcode Printer ready with Test print and PRN file on recommended Barcode Label size(To be installed by your hardware vendor)
  • If multiple counters are used, your computers must be ready with proper LAN configuration. All the hardware connected with network computer must be ready and working.(To be installed by your hardware vendor)
  • High speed stable internet connection.
  • SPOC(Single Point of Contact) must be ready for Training.

As we or software vendor do not sell any hardware, we recommend customers to buy hardware like Computer, Printer, Barcode Printer, Barcode Scanner, third party software like Windows, SQL Server(Standard of Professional Edition), Anti-Virus software, etc from their nearest vendor and also the same applies for networking requirement. Vendors who provides your hardware or third party software must take care of the After Sales support.

Yes. As a partner, after installing the software, we will provide you training to SPOC(single point of contact) as per allotted time limit of the Edition you purchase. Complete software training is not provided. Training will be provided as per basic requirements of your business. Any Advance training comes under Additional training which is done at extra charge.

You can get your new employee trained by your old employee. However, as a Partner, we can provide online training but that is chargeable.

After successful implementation of software, i.e., Installation, training and going Live, After Sales Support for software(online only) will be provided by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. only through Live Chat Support from Software, online chat from MyGofrugal App, online chat from Gofrugal website or prepaid phone call.

As a partner, we will assist you if required, in case of Additional License, Additional Training, Software Reinstallation, Print Profile creation, Barcode profile creation, etc all within the scope of service and as per our availability. All the services will be provided at extra charge.

Yes, software must be renewed from the second year for every subsequent year. Before the end of first year and every year subsequently, renewal mail will be sent to your registered mail by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. There will be a payment link within the mail. You can simply make online payment and you are done with the renewal.

The renewal charges includes software update and online support by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. for the next one year.

Yes, Gofrugal software pricing is based on Server and Additional Clients(extra counter). Whenever Additional counter is required, you have to purchase the license and then you will be able to do all types transaction in the client system.

Irrespective of Base Edition, the current price of an Additional client is Rs.8000/-(inclusive of GST)

Yes. The software is installed with Free Edition of SQL Server which has a certain limit. Once it crosses the limit, the SQL Server must be upgraded to Standard or Enterprise Edition as per database requirement. It is highly recommended to upgrade well before reaching the limit. If you do not upgrade, the software will stop responding and your business will be affected.

We, as a Partner or Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. do not sell Third party software like SQL Server. You must purchase it from your Hardware vendor and get it installed by the vendor.
